Senior Microsoft 365 & Hybrid Infrastructure Architect

Forn AB is looking for an experienced Senior Microsoft 365 & Hybrid Infrastructure Architect.

The role focuses on Microsoft 365, Exchange Hybrid, identity, enterprise infrastructure, and large-scale migration projects.

You will work across the complete technical lifecycle, from assessment and architecture design to migration planning, implementation, cutover, validation, and operational handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Microsoft 365 and hybrid infrastructure solutions
• Develop target architecture and migration architecture
• Design Exchange Hybrid solutions between on-premises Exchange and Exchange Online
• Plan and execute Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations
• Design hybrid identity and authentication solutions
• Work with Entra ID, Azure AD Connect / Entra Connect, and ADFS
• Define mail flow, connectors, certificates, Autodiscover, and free/busy configurations
• Plan and support mailbox, PST, and Enterprise Vault migrations
• Design solutions for Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 Groups
• Assess Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, authentication, and directory dependencies
• Support Active Directory recovery, health checks, and identity troubleshooting
• Define pre-stage, cutover, rollback, and post-migration validation strategies
• Ensure technical readiness and business continuity during infrastructure changes
• Coordinate technical activities between architects, engineering teams, vendors, service desk, and service management
• Participate in CAB and technical governance activities
• Ensure structured transition and handover from project delivery to operations
