Requirements:
- Hands-on software development experience, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Experience managing users, assigning roles, and configuring security in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
- Ability to configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications, including custom entities, workflows, Power Automate flows, and business rules
- Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and its integration with other Microsoft services
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL, with experience using REST and SOAP web services
- Experience with Power Platform tools, including model-driven and canvas Power Apps, Power Automate, and PCF controls
- Knowledge of Azure and cloud services, especially Azure Functions, is advantageous
- Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
- Experience with HTTP and REST architecture
- Hands-on experience with CRM, sales, service, and marketing modules
Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications to meet specific business needs
- Independently develop software and design solutions that address customer requirements while accounting for performance and availability
- Work with engineering product managers and principal software engineers to translate requirements into detailed designs
