Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in .NET web application development
- Strong hands-on expertise with ASP.NET Core and C#
- Practical experience with Azure services, including App Services, Azure SQL, and identity/authentication
- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Solid experience designing REST APIs and integrations
- Ability to work effectively in fast-moving, evolving environments
- Experience modernizing legacy systems such as InfoPath or SharePoint
- Demonstrated ability to improve delivery in struggling teams
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
