Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Analytics

Requirements:

• We are seeking candidates with experience in a comparable role or with substantial knowledge, experience, and capability to carry out the responsibilities described.
• Relevant education and/or training will be viewed as an advantage.
• We require a track record of successfully delivering multiple Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
• We need deep expertise in payroll reporting, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher, Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), and workforce analytics.

Responsibilities:

• We lead the design, development, governance, and delivery of enterprise reporting and analytics solutions across our Oracle Fusion HCM platform.
• We act as the reporting and analytics subject matter expert for the deployment and ongoing optimization of Oracle Fusion HCM, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Compensation, Talent Management, Recruiting, and Learning.
• We set the overall Oracle Fusion HCM reporting and analytics strategy.
• We establish reporting governance, standards, documentation, and best practices.
• We partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, and IT stakeholders to define reporting priorities and roadmaps.
• We advise leadership on reporting capabilities, analytics opportunities, and Oracle reporting tool selection.
• We collaborate with implementation partners and internal teams to deliver scalable and sustainable reporting solutions.
• We create executive dashboards, workforce analytics, operational reports, and compliance reporting.
• We develop reporting solutions that support enterprise decision-making across all HCM functional areas.
• We lead the design and development of complex Oracle Fusion Payroll reporting solutions.
• We build payroll reconciliation and balancing reports.
• We support payroll processing validation, testing, and go-live activities.
• We develop audit, compliance, tax, retroactive processing, and payroll exception reporting.
• We design, develop, and support enterprise reporting solutions using OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).

The role focuses on enterprise reporting and analytics across our Oracle Fusion HCM environment, supporting implementation and ongoing optimization.
