Senior Program Analyst

Requirements:

• Masters degree in business, information technology, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in technical project or program management.
• Knowledge of and familiarity with the GBAD Family of Systems.
• Demonstrated leadership and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and MS Project.
• Demonstrated experience managing acquisition support and sustainment initiatives.
• An active SECRET security clearance is required.
• Preferred certifications include PMP, PgMP, PfMP, or Certified Agile Scrum Master.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and have acceptable background check results.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain contract-required clearance levels and access to military installations, when applicable.
• Must maintain mental alertness and situational awareness and be able to meet the roles physical demands, including occasional bending, stooping, sitting, walking, or standing for extended periods. Reasonable accommodations may be available.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities:

• Provide data analysis liaison support for program-level activities, including systems engineering, risk analysis and management, safety analysis and assessment, production management, modeling and simulation, scheduling, testing, cybersecurity assessment and management, and software management.
• Perform system integration activities, including technical, milestone, and program reviews.
• Support new program development, program strategy development, and program execution management.
• Facilitate assessments of Cruise Missile Defense Systems (CMDS), Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS), Counter-Rocket, Artillery, Mortar (C-RAM), Maneuver Short Range Air Defense (MSHORAD), and air defense missile acquisition programs to support planning and development within PM GBAD.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
