Senior Python Developer

Requirements:

• Strong Python programming skills, including FastAPI and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with LLMs such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or Llama.
• Knowledge of PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Hugging Face.
• Experience with RAG, PostgreSQL, vector databases, and advanced retrieval.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, AI workflow orchestration, Docker, and production API deployment.

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Senior Python Developer to build scalable, data-driven applications and AI-powered solutions, including GenAI, LLM, and RAG-based systems, while developing high-performance services and delivering production-ready solutions with cross-functional teams. This is an 8-month role based in Rutherford, New Jersey, with three onsite days per week and compensation of $80–$90 per hour on W-2.
