Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of related business analysis experience.
• Experience with Salesforce business and/or technical components is highly desirable.
• Ability to apply business analysis expertise independently to all but the most complex problems, and to work with guidance on more complex projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication, facilitation, collaboration, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to anticipate change, redirect efforts, identify operational improvements, and ensure business value and outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Define business and systems scope and objectives based on user needs and relevant industry requirements.
• Develop or revise procedures to resolve complex problems while accounting for business and system limitations, operating time, and desired outcomes.
• Analyze business and user needs, document requirements, and translate them into business or system requirements.
• Guide and advise less-experienced Business Analysts, and perform analysis across multiple phases of business and systems initiatives.
• Assess business impacts and risks, resolve or escalate complex issues, and communicate difficult decisions clearly and promptly.
• Lead initiatives that support business strategy and process improvement; identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
• Develop business process models, outlines, procedures, and job aids to prepare the business for change.
• Plan requirements management for medium- to large-scale projects and lead business analysis across parallel initiatives.
• Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements, facilitate requirements sessions, and collaborate with business and systems experts.
• Review colleagues work and oversee the quality of deliverables; negotiate and influence requirements direction.
• Build relationships with organizational resources, business partners, and vendors, and coordinate meetings with key stakeholders.

Reporting to the Director of Project Management, you will support projects led or supported by our Operations organization, including business analysis, requirements documentation, and readiness for a large-scale Salesforce implementation.
