Senior Salesforce Copado Consultant

Requirements:

• Demonstrated expertise in metadata migration using Copado
• Experience with multi-org strategies or org consolidation initiatives
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills

Responsibilities:

• Manage Salesforce organization migrations and end-to-end deployments with Copado across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments
• Build CI/CD pipelines integrated with Git-based version control systems
• Coordinate data migrations alongside metadata deployments using Copado workflows and external tools
• Automate deployments with quality gates, code reviews, and defined promotion paths
• Conduct impact analysis and resolve dependencies before deployments
