Senior SAP Ariba P2P Project Manager

Requirements:

• Fluency in Spanish is required; candidates ideally reside in the Chicago area.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience managing procurement or commercial transformation projects, full-lifecycle system implementations, or similar enterprise initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with shared services transformations, including insourcing and outsourcing with recharge models; SAP solutions; and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) frameworks.
• Experience developing, migrating, or realigning a procurement or commercial function.
• Strong change management expertise, including familiarity with relevant tools and ADKAR methodologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication, stakeholder engagement, influencing, and training skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced global environment with diverse teams.
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and a process-oriented approach.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Ability to develop and adapt user-focused training and communication strategies.
• Willingness and ability to travel, including to Latin America.
• Required: SAP Ariba or SAP P2P experience. Helpful: SAP S/4HANA Procurement experience.
• Experience or skills in procurement transformation, global procurement processes, enterprise project management, change management (PROSCI or PMI), SAP implementation or rollout, shared services transformation, P2P optimization, and business process standardization.
• Experience delivering projects in Latin America, including Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, or the Caribbean.
