Senior SAP BTP Technical Lead

Requirements:

• 10+ years of overall SAP experience, including strong hands-on ABAP development experience in Cloud Integration (CPI).
• 4+ years of hands-on ABAP on HANA experience and at least two end-to-end S/4HANA implementations as a Technical Lead.
• Deep expertise in ABAP on HANA, including CDS Views (annotations, associations, parameters, table functions, and extensions), AMDPs, code pushdown, performance tuning, RAP, and SAP Gateway/OData services (V2/V4).
• Hands-on experience developing custom Fiori applications using SAPUI5, Fiori Elements, the Flexible Programming Model, Fiori Launchpad configuration and deployment, authorizations, app extensions, Smart Templates, and Smart Controls.
• Working knowledge of at least one S/4HANA functional area—FI/CO, MM, SD, or PP—from a developers perspective.
• Experience leading client-facing workshops, presenting to senior stakeholders, and preparing architecture deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end technical design, architecture, and delivery of ABAP on HANA developments for S/4HANA across RICEFW, custom Fiori applications, and BTP integrations.
• Lead solution design workshops with architects and functional consultants, and produce high-level and low-level technical design documents.
• Design and develop HANA-optimized ABAP using CDS Views, AMDPs, OData services, and the RESTful ABAP Programming Model (RAP).
• Lead the design, development, and lifecycle management of custom Fiori applications.
• Deliver BTP solutions using CAP, SAP Integration Suite (CPI), API Management, and Event Mesh.
• Establish clean core development standards, conduct code reviews, and perform performance tuning.
• Lead offshore developers and govern the landscape using CI/CD pipelines, abapGit, and Transport Management Service.
