Senior Security Analyst - Hybrid

Requirements:

• 5–8+ years of information technology experience, including cybersecurity experience
• Experience with vulnerability management programs, including vulnerability scanning tools, remediation governance processes, and engineering solutions to remediate identified vulnerabilities
• Strong knowledge of collaboration security solutions, such as email security filtering, Microsoft 365 Purview, Slack and Zoom security configurations, CASB, and security-focused SaaS configuration management
• Experience across Windows, Mac, and Linux; workstations and servers; and physical, virtual, and cloud environments
• Working knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, MITRE, and CIS Benchmarks, preferably with practical operations and engineering experience
• Understanding of cybersecurity capabilities including security engineering, identity and access management, incident response, logging and monitoring, penetration testing, and vulnerability management
• Knowledge of application vulnerability management, cybersecurity engineering, and SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM)
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively with ambiguity
• Ability to learn unfamiliar products and technologies quickly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced education in information systems, software engineering, computer science, systems engineering, or cybersecurity, such as degrees or certifications, is preferred
• Experience with development and scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, Bash, and/or .NET is preferred
• Strong problem-solving and project-planning skills are preferred

Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design, engineer, implement, and support SaaS security solutions in existing environments
• Develop processes to address security configuration gaps and promote continuous improvement through automated, secure-by-default guardrails
• Work with vendor support teams to troubleshoot integrations between security solutions and other business SaaS applications
• Create detailed documentation to support knowledge transfer to the internal team
