Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant ServiceNow experience
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow Discovery, MID Servers, Discovery Patterns, Sensors, and Probes
- Hands-on experience with IRE, CMDB relationships, and CMDB health
- Experience with AWS cloud discovery; exposure to Azure and GCP is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and production support skills
- Working knowledge of Python scripting, integrations, and GitHub
- Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or ServiceNow AI tools
- ServiceNow Discovery certification is mandatory
