Senior Software Developer

Requirements:

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience, including TypeScript, Node.js, and React or a comparable modern front-end framework.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and RDS, or similar.
• Strong understanding of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL, REST API design, CI/CD, and security best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Turn client needs into technical plans, set priorities and delivery timelines, and take ownership of project outcomes.
• Build APIs and web applications with TypeScript, Node.js, React, and AWS, integrating with enterprise platforms such as Magnolia CMS and Veeva.
• Use AI agents to support development and review their output with the same care as human-written code.
• Lead and support a distributed development team, review code, and create clear, actionable documentation to reduce the need for meetings.
• Work with clients and internal stakeholders, explaining technical concepts in accessible language.
• Oversee monitoring and incident response, and resolve underlying causes of issues.
