Senior Test Lead

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Python and experience developing or using test automation frameworks.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Selenium WebDriver for UI and regression test automation.
• Experience testing microservices-based applications, including API and integration testing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of Java to support existing automation frameworks and collaborate with development teams.
• Understanding of testing methodologies and microservices architecture.

Responsibilities:

• Work with clients and team members to understand functional and design specifications, discuss performance concerns, and assess test environment readiness.
• Identify and implement improvements to testing methods and tools, applying best practices in Python and automation frameworks.
• Lead the development and execution of automated test scripts using Python and Selenium, maintaining quality standards and reducing software release risks.
• Guide and mentor QA engineers in using testing frameworks and microservices principles to strengthen technical capabilities and team productivity.
