Senior UX Specialist - Hybrid

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience designing or leading user interface design for web and mobile applications, using user-centered design principles
• Experience developing prototypes and participating in innovation exercises
• Visual design knowledge and expertise
• Experience with fundamental research activities, including interviews, usability testing, and persona workshops
• Experience evolving and implementing UX/UI standards in large, complex ecosystems
• Knowledge and practical application of accessibility principles
• Proficiency with Figma
• Experience designing for mobile and/or responsive web
• Preferred: At least 7 years of experience designing and leading user interface design for web or mobile applications
• Preferred: Familiarity with CSS and HTML, Material Design, and the Angular Material front-end framework
• Preferred: Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum, the agriculture industry, and strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to collaborate and drive change across organizational levels
• Must be available and prepared to work directly as a Genesis10 employee

Responsibilities:

• Design experiences for digital products and online applications, including wireframes, prototypes, page and task flows, and navigation and information architecture
• Analyze user and business problems and develop creative, forward-looking solutions
• Ensure designs follow usability standards, accessibility requirements, and industry best practices
• Collaborate with business product owners and engineers to lead UX work and deliver designs that support business goals and strengthen the product portfolio
• Use data, testing methods, and KPIs to identify opportunities to improve user experience
• Conduct user interviews and heuristic evaluations, design and moderate usability tests, and facilitate group activities such as persona workshops
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with technical and nontechnical teams
• Work with the UX Center of Excellence to develop and promote effective UX practices across the organization
• Help evolve and maintain the product design system and UI kits
• Participate in adopting AI-driven activities and tools into the design process
• Promote a strong safety culture and follow applicable safety policies, procedures, and regulations

This hybrid role is a contract opportunity expected to last more than 10 months, with compensation of $87–$90 per hour on a W-2 basis, depending on qualifications.
