We are looking for a ServiceNow Administrator to manage and optimize the ServiceNow platform within an ICT Service Management environment.

Key Responsibilities

Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform.

Manage security, upgrades, incidents, and platform availability.

Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Support ServiceNow enhancement projects and bug fixing activities.

Contribute to risk management, disaster recovery, and service continuity.

Deliver training, user support, and maintain technical documentation.
