ServiceNow AI Developer (Now Assist) with Active

Requirements:

• Active Top Secret or DHS clearance
• At least 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, including dedicated experience building conversational agents
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS, REST/JSON integrations, and Flow Designer
• Understanding of access control lists (ACLs), data models, update sets, and client scripts
• Experience with AI Search, AI Agents, prompt engineering, large language models (LLMs), and agentic AI
• Experience with AI Agent Studio and generative AI platforms
• Preferred: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
• Preferred: ServiceNow AI Professional certification

Responsibilities:

• Design and customize AI-powered use cases, including chat summarization, resolution note and knowledge article generation, response recommendations, and content generation
• Configure out-of-the-box flows with Flow Designer and build conversational AI experiences using ServiceNow modules, including ITSM and scoped applications
• Integrate conversational AI with ServiceNow modules such as IT Service Management
• Extend functionality using JavaScript, Glide APIs, UI policies, and RESTful web services
• Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, test and optimize solutions, and manage update sets
• Work with business analysts and stakeholders to turn operational needs into responsive, user-friendly AI solutions
