ServiceNow Developer

Requirements:

• We seek a senior ServiceNow developer with experience in server-side scripting, including GlideRecord, Script Includes, and Business Rules, as well as client scripting.
• We require experience with Service Portal widget development, Flow Designer, and scoped application development.
• We require REST integration experience; familiarity with certificate and keystore configuration, including BCFKS and mTLS, is a strong plus.
• We expect disciplined use of update sets and deployment practices.
• Federal experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Well rely on our developer to design, build, and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• We expect the developer to create tailored solutions, integrate third-party systems, and expand platform capabilities to address business needs.
• The developer will work with stakeholders to gather requirements, resolve issues, and follow coding standards and platform best practices.
• The developer will help define, refine, and groom user stories, ensuring they are well scoped and technically feasible while meeting client functional and technical requirements.
