Requirements:
- Ability to qualify for and maintain a Department of Defense Secret or Top Secret clearance
- Bachelors degree and 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience
- Experience creating and maintaining Business Rules, Client Scripts, Catalog Items, Workflows, UI Policies, and Service Portals
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow development, workflow automation, system integrations, and IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
