SharePoint Content Migration Specialist

Requirements:

• Experience with website, intranet, SharePoint, or content migration projects
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience managing large volumes of digital content
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and content management systems
• Preferred: Experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Viva Connections, or other intranet platforms
• Preferred: Background in marketing, communications, or digital content management

Responsibilities:

• Migrate content, documents, pages, and resources from a legacy intranet to Pulse
• Review and organize content to support consistency and easy navigation
• Update formatting, links, metadata, and page layouts during the migration
• Perform quality checks to confirm content accuracy and functionality
• Coordinate with Marketing and business stakeholders to prioritize migration work
• Document migration processes and monitor progress against project timelines
• Identify and raise content issues, gaps, and opportunities for improvement

We are recruiting for a client in Nashville, Tennessee, seeking a SharePoint/Content Migration Specialist for a short-term project supporting the Marketing team. The role focuses on moving content from a legacy intranet to the Pulse intranet platform.
