Requirements:

• Proficiency in SharePoint development and the SharePoint toolset.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with at least one Agile framework.
• Knowledge of Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Test-Driven Development, cloud development, and secure coding practices.
• Proficiency in one or more general-purpose programming languages.
• Working proficiency across software engineering disciplines, including analysis, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Preferred: Experience building resilient SharePoint solutions integrated with cloud services.
• Preferred: Experience with automated testing and deployment pipelines.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain SharePoint solutions using the SharePoint toolset.
• Apply Agile practices within a recognized framework to deliver value incrementally.
• Use engineering practices including Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and Test-Driven Development.
• Engineer applications for resilience, performance, and security in cloud-oriented environments.
• Collaborate throughout the software lifecycle, from analysis and development to testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
