Software Engineer (React/Node.js) - Hybrid

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with React.js, Node.js, or related web technologies
• 5+ years of experience with RESTful APIs
• 3+ years of experience with Agile development
• 5+ years of experience with production triage and issue identification
• 2+ years of experience with React Native
• Experience with one or more of the following: GraphQL, Git, NPM, Yarn, Babel, Webpack, TypeScript, Jest, Mocha, Chai, Cypress, React Query, TanStack, Apollo Client, React Hooks, Fetch API, Lighthouse, Fastify, Koa, or Chrome DevTools
• Understanding of Agile processes, CI/CD, and other development processes
• Desired: Knowledge of database technologies, front-end automation testing, experience collaborating with different teams to drive work and triage issues, and ability to analyze logs using tools such as Splunk or Kibana
• Candidates must be available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees.

• Partner with Product Managers and business systems analysts to understand feature and improvement requirements
• Build web components using React.js and Node.js
• Develop mobile app components using React Native
• Build and optimize web applications and platforms in a cloud environment, applying system design knowledge
• Triage and manage complex production issues
• Test back-end REST APIs and front-end applications
• Write stories and bug reports for developers
