Sr Integration Developer

Requirements:

• 8+ years of development experience focused on data and integrations
• Expert knowledge of Snowflake, with strong SQL and data modeling skills
• Experience supporting existing SSIS environments
• 5+ years of experience with C#, .NET, and Blazor, or transferable modern UI technologies
• 5+ years of ETL experience across Snowflake, SQL Server, and SSIS
• 5+ years of Microsoft Azure development experience, including Functions, DevOps, Service Bus, Repos, and Pipelines
• Experience working in Agile teams using Scrum or Kanban
• Leadership, mentoring, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Preferred: experience with Azure Data Factory or similar tools, and GitHub Copilot or other AI-assisted development tools
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field

Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines across Snowflake, SQL Server, and SSIS
• Build and support data integration workflows, ensuring data quality and consistency
• Develop RESTful APIs using .NET and connect applications with data platforms and APIs
• Troubleshoot application and integration issues across environments
• Design batch, real-time, and API-driven integration patterns
• Contribute to architecture decisions and uphold secure coding practices and data governance
• Mentor developers, review code, and promote engineering standards
• Take part in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Support production systems and optimize performance
• Use AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering efficiency

We are seeking a Senior Integration Developer to deliver enterprise data integrations, ETL pipelines, and API-based solutions supporting Sales, Service, and Distribution. The role emphasizes Snowflake integrations, SSIS support, and .NET development with C# and Blazor, with ownership of performance, scalability, and technical leadership in an Agile environment. Our team values reliability, office attendance, and demonstrated delivery. This is an on-site role in Charlotte, NC, with a 4/1 schedule. It is a contract-to-hire opportunity requiring W-2 engagement and willingness to convert to a full-time employee after the contract period. The pay rate is $55–$60 per hour on a W-2 basis.
