We are Motional, a driverless technology company working to make autonomous vehicles safe, reliable, and accessible. Our people-first team of engineers, researchers, and innovators is developing technology intended to improve road safety and transportation access. Formed as a joint venture between Hyundai Motor Group and Aptiv, we are headquartered in Boston and operate in the U.S. and Asia. Our Las Vegas office, less than 10 miles from the Strip, supports extensive research and development testing and is home to one of our largest self-driving vehicle fleets. This senior role supports the team validating our self-driving technology and commercial operations platform. The work involves regular exposure to outdoor weather, road conditions, pedestrian traffic, and mechanical and computer equipment; occasional exposure to fumes and airborne particles; and a low-to-moderate noise level. Physical tasks may include prolonged standing, walking, handling objects, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds. We offer benefits that may include medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) with company match, health savings accounts, life insurance, and pet insurance; the role may also include a bonus or company equity. The estimated base salary range is $125,000–$167,000. We describe our culture as diverse and inclusive and state that we are an equal opportunity employer and drug-free workplace.
