Systems Analyst - Beeline (Remote)

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst.
• Bachelors degree preferred.
• Experience with DocuSign CLM and Beeline, a contingent staffing tool, strongly preferred.
• Experience with a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system and/or a Vendor Management System (VMS) required.
• Ability to work with teammates and business partners to gather, translate, and document system requirements, supporting their conversion into effective technology solutions.
• Ability to create simple story cards, understand acceptance criteria well enough to verify results, and develop and interpret technical documentation and concepts.
• Ability to coordinate and facilitate one-to-one and small-group sessions of 3–5 customers or analysts for small work efforts.
• Ability to build positive relationships with business partners, teammates, and management.
• Ability to follow direction, collaborate with peers, deliver results, and communicate status promptly to management and colleagues.
• Ability to plan and manage work with minimal supervision.
• Strong critical thinking and listening skills, rigorous logic, and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear, direct written and verbal communication skills.
• Exposure to and knowledge of common software development methodologies; ability to develop expertise in them.
• Ability to contribute to a QA strategy.
• Ability to understand moderately complex acceptance criteria and technical documentation, verify results, and develop technical documentation.
• Ability to lead small teams of 1–3 on moderate work efforts, including estimating, coordination, progress tracking, motivating timely completion, and helping resolve issues.
• Ability to participate in requirements sessions and interviews and document clear requirements for moderate work efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Read moderately complex materials and create structured specifications, such as use cases and story cards.
• Interpret moderately complex information and create basic designs and business models.
• Support projects during installation and after implementation.
• Interpret most data models and contribute to creating logical data models.
• Write moderately complex SQL queries.
• Estimate moderate-sized tasks, refining estimates as work progresses.
• Manage tasks for moderate-sized, enterprise-wide work efforts in support of the Project Results Office methodology.
• Deliver effective presentations, prepare presentation materials, and encourage and skillfully manage questions.
• Build in-depth knowledge of health insurance terminology and concepts.
