Requirements:

• Hold at least one of these certifications: Salesforce Certified Tableau Data Analyst, Salesforce Certified Tableau Server Administrator, Salesforce Certified Tableau Consultant, or Salesforce Certified Tableau Architect.
• Be able to turn complex data into compelling narratives and use creative thinking to address business challenges.
• Have strong Tableau, SQL, and Python skills, along with a solid understanding of ETL/ELT processes and job-scheduling tools.
• Understand business and technology environments and have experience designing, developing, and deploying analytical dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Have experience with database platforms such as Oracle and Hadoop, SQL/NoSQL technologies, and a range of data file formats.
• Demonstrate adaptability, creativity, resourcefulness, organization, and the ability to collaborate across functions.
• Have a strong grounding in Data Science and Machine Learning, including experience conducting exploratory data analysis with statistical and analytical tools.
• Communicate clearly in writing and verbally, including explaining technical concepts to varied audiences.

• Analyze raw data and turn it into clear visualizations that help stakeholders identify trends and patterns.
• Design user-friendly dashboards that bring key metrics together and support data interpretation and decision-making.
• Work with stakeholders across business areas to gather feedback and requirements and shape data solutions around organizational needs.

The posted base compensation range is $85,000–$95,000; the actual offer may vary based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, and market considerations. The role may also qualify for incentives, bonuses, or commissions.
