Technical Scrum Master - Agile Automation & DevOps

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in a Scrum Lead role, with practical technical experience
• Experience building automation for Agile frameworks
• Familiarity with ADO, GitHub, and Git Markdown
• The ability to assess existing processes, identify practical improvements, and implement changes that improve agility
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and leadership teams
• Adaptability in an environment where priorities shift frequently
• A creative, results-oriented approach and skill in removing administrative obstacles for developers
• Nice to have: experience with Aha!, AI automation tools, development, and American product and Agile models

Responsibilities:

• Manage and prioritize work across an IT product portfolio of 30 applications, including applications critical to operations
• Assign and coordinate developer work
• Work closely with leadership and technical leads
• Develop process automation using approved AI tools, including automation for user story creation
• Coordinate with other product owners across Regional IT
• Provide progress updates to Regional IT leadership
• Lead strategic initiatives, including migrating repositories from ADO to GitHub

We are hiring a Scrum Lead for a 12+ month contract based in Fort Worth, Texas. The role supports an IT product portfolio and a team comprising a senior manager, two technical leads, three architects, and 20 software and data developers. We do not currently have a dedicated Product Owner or Scrum Lead, so developers are handling Scrum duties. The successful candidate will help establish and improve Agile processes in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
