Technical Support Analyst

Requirements:

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in asset management and IT deployment, preferably in an educational or large enterprise setting
• At least five years of desktop or computer support experience, including troubleshooting and routine maintenance of computers and peripheral equipment
• Experience with Apple, HP, Lenovo, and Dell products preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with varied stakeholders
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Familiarity with ITSM and ITAM tools and database management
• Ability to follow strict procedures and prepare reports with accurate metrics
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize requests with professionalism and empathy
• Self-motivation and ability to work in a fast-moving environment
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support all phases of technology-device asset lifecycles, from initial receipt through final disposal
• Maintain a well-organized warehouse environment
• Uphold procedural standards, quality assurance, service-level expectations, and high-quality service for stakeholders
