Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Available for Monday to Friday participation for the duration of the program
• Strong desire to develop both technical and professional skills
• Not currently holding a Bachelors degree
• Willing to complete additional screening questions during the application process

Responsibilities:

• Participate in intensive job training to develop in-classroom skills
• Gain hands-on experience through internships and job placement assistance
• Engage in personalized coaching and mentorship sessions
• Acquire professional business and communication skills
• Build a robust resume and improve interviewing and networking abilities
• Attend classes covering various subjects like application development, banking, and IT support
