We are hiring a Technical Writer for a 12-month commercial banking assignment, with the possibility of an extension or conversion. The role follows a hybrid schedule with three days onsite and may be based at our approved locations in Charlotte, North Carolina; Minneapolis, Minnesota; Des Moines, Iowa; or Mesa, Arizona. In Mesa, the writer will work alongside the client and an existing senior writer. The position involves varied documentation work and requires an independent approach. Our team uses Info Center, a SharePoint-based assignment-tracking system, and publishes procedures through PGP; training is available for both systems.
