UX Design Internship

Requirements:

• Open only to college students with junior status pursuing a bachelors degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools.
• A portfolio demonstrating UX design experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening.

Responsibilities:

• Develop user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for our internal web applications.
• Research employee needs and analyze feedback to identify opportunities and guide design decisions.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver user-centered solutions.

Join us for a paid, full-time, 12-week UX Design Internship in summer 2027 at our corporate headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.
