UX Internship

Requirements:

• Open to junior-status college students pursuing a bachelors degree in UX Design, Experiential Design, Human Factors, Psychology, Cognitive Science, or a related field.
• Portfolio demonstrating UX design experience.
• Curiosity about users perspectives.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to UX design projects that improve customer experiences across our e-commerce channels.
• Conduct market, industry, and competitive analyses, along with stakeholder interviews, to identify and validate user needs.
• Develop research-informed prototypes and concepts using a user-centered design approach.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders on projects.

Join us as a paid UX Intern for a full-time, 12-week internship in summer 2027 at our corporate headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. This on-site role offers hands-on experience with meaningful business projects, a dedicated mentor, competitive summer pay, and the possibility of joining us full-time after graduation. Out-of-town interns can stay in complimentary nearby housing.
