Full Stack Developer – Backend Focus

Requirements:

• Approximately 2–3 years of relevant professional software development experience
• Strong backend development experience, particularly with databases
• Hands-on experience with Python or Rust; proficiency in at least one is required
• Strong SQL and database skills
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; AWS is preferred
• Experience developing or integrating RESTful APIs
• Meaningful experience using AI in development work or implemented solutions, ideally on projects that reached production
• Experience with microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, or financial services is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, clarify needs, and contribute to solution design
• Develop and enhance backend services, database functionality, and RESTful APIs
• Contribute to frontend development as part of end-to-end application delivery
• Incorporate AI into development workflows and implemented solutions
• Collaborate with the team to deliver quality work within aggressive timelines
