Lead Software Engineer

Requirements:

• At least 8 years of experience, including a track record of making technical decisions and mentoring others
• Hands-on experience developing production-ready solutions with embedded AI
• Strong experience with .NET, React, and Azure, including container-based infrastructure and infrastructure as code
• Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools such as Codex
• Ability to complete projects independently and solve problems creatively
• Strong communication skills, including presenting well-researched options to inform business decisions
• Experience in large enterprise environments with complex team structures and stable deployment processes

Responsibilities:

• Lead technical decisions for one of our three AI engineering pods
• Develop production-grade AI solutions for areas including litigation, M&A, finance, and HR
• Drive projects through to completion with minimal oversight
• Gather business context and present well-researched options to support technical decisions
• Mentor and guide developers on the pod
• Contribute across the stack, including .NET, React, Azure, Python workers, plugin development, and MCP servers
• Use AI-assisted coding tools such as Codex in day-to-day development
