Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in an IT support role
- At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing; automotive experience is preferred
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Good communication skills
- Experience troubleshooting computers
- Basic understanding of networks and servers
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to our staff and troubleshoot PCs, user accounts, printers, Microsoft 365, and basic network and server issues
- Install and update company software and hardware, and manage relevant licenses and certificates
- Coordinate with our third-party IT vendor as needed
- Research and report on technology costs
- Support our ERP system
- Perform other duties as directed
