Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- 7+ years of experience in software development and/or production support
- Strong Java development and troubleshooting skills
- Proven experience in L3/L4 application support and incident management
- Experience supporting complex, business-critical banking applications
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide L3/L4 production support for banking applications in production and non-production environments
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, manage critical incidents, and conduct root cause analysis
- Develop, test, and deploy Java enhancements, bug fixes, and new features
- Improve application performance, scalability, stability, and maintainability
- Perform unit, integration, and system testing using automated frameworks
- Implement lasting fixes and preventive measures to reduce recurring incidents
- Work with development, QA, DevOps, business, and client-facing teams
- Guide and mentor junior developers and support staff
- Maintain documentation on system design, incident resolution, and support procedures
